This Saturday a few of us are doing the Santa Shuffle. There is Anka, Judy and myself as far as I know so far. Anyone else is welcome to join us, or even sponsor us for the Salvation Army. We will be meeting at 9:15am at St Anthony's Hall at 523 St Anthony @ Preston. Unfortunately that is just past the 417, but the walk to The Arboretum will be a good warm-up. The 5K run is through the Arboretum and then back to St Anthony's for refreshments.

Now this doesn't meant that the rest of you can take the day off. Especially with Christmas coming up very soon and all the great goodies to sample, it's not a time to skip an outing! Plus, others will be looking for good company while walking or running! So, please reply to all and let others know that you are coming. Place and time will be the same, 9:00am at Bushtukah's.
The following week, we 'll be back to the usual gang, usual place, etc.
